How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping & fulfilment?
Once purchased please allow 1-2 days for processing. Once shipped, domestic orders within Australia are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Do we ship international?
Yes! for international shipping please allow 1-2 days processing time and a further 10-15 days of arrival. Delivery times will vary depending on location which will be indicated upon checkout. We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or holidays.

What happens if my packaging does not arrive or goes missing?
If you do not receive your item or it is misplaced/lost during the courier process please email steven@nakamaacademy.com.au so that we can investigate and make it right, we want to ensure you are happy
with our service.
