Alisha J. This was Alisha's first time doing a program. She found it so hard to find a coach that would help her current situation. She booked a few trainers that ended up canceling the consultation or weren’t able to help. Alisha was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that makes her gain weight, she thought all hope was lost. To lose weight, no. but I highly recommend it due to the physical and mental benefits. Also training improves composition, symmetry, bone density and mobility. Fat loss is the make up of how much calories your body burns versus how much you consume so every session will contribute to the fat loss goal

Well, it might be time to grow up. I can only provide results if you are honest with yourself and the goals that you set. I will try my best to make the process easy by reducing cooking time and allowing for constructions of meals to be simple but there needs to be some level of effort for it to work.
